While we can wear many hats, we don’t see ourselves as a full-service consultancy. We actually prefer to be viewed as a strategic extension of a client’s team. This allows us to work on our client’s behalf more integrally whether we are partnering with in-house teams or putting together the right teams of external partners such as e-commerce platform providers, mobile developers, visual designers, copywriters and marketing technology providers. Working closely with busy executives and their teams, we are often referred to as the “champions’ champion”, helping to lead key initiatives or drive critical aspects of a project when outside perspectives, capabilities and bench strength are needed.
